At Calvary Chapel Christian Academy, we believe athletics play a vital role in building character, discipline, and teamwork. Our seasonal sports program offers a variety of opportunities for students to grow and compete throughout the year. In the Spring (March–May), students can participate in Volleyball and Soccer. The Fall season (September–November) includes Cross-Country, Horseback Riding, and Fencing, providing both traditional and unique athletic experiences. During the Winter (December–February), we focus on Basketball, fostering sportsmanship and skill development.
Whether on the field, court, or trail, our program is designed to encourage physical fitness, personal growth, and a Christ-centered approach to competition.

Building Strong Minds and Bodies
Through Sports
Participating in school sports offers far more than just physical activity—it’s a powerful tool for student development. Research from the CDC shows that students who engage in regular physical activity tend to have better grades, improved concentration, and higher levels of self-esteem.
Organized sports help foster teamwork, leadership, time management, and resilience—skills that translate directly to academic and personal success. According to a study by the American College of Sports Medicine, students involved in athletics are 40% more likely to have higher GPAs and are less likely to engage in risky behaviors. At Calvary Chapel Christian Academy, our sports program is intentionally designed to support the whole child—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—through healthy competition, character-building, and Christ-centered teamwork.
